How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval

    • Approved returns will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) that must be included with your package.

  3. Ship Your Item

    • Send the product to the address provided by our team.
    • Ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • If you'd like to exchange an item, we will ship the replacement once the original product is returned and approved.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
